e-Learning Quality Certification Center
The e-Learning Quality Certification Center (ELQCC) serves both supply and demand sides by establishing a high quality e-learning environment, improving the quality of the current e-learning industry, promoting e-learning quality certification and enlarging the international market. The center has established regulations and certification procedures to provide more services to industry, improve marketing strategies, and expand the influence of certification. We hope to improve domestic e-learning industry through research into foreign quality regulations. Current tasks of ELQCC include four categories:
- Research: special columns and analysis reports
- e-Learning Quality Certification: e-learning courseware certification
- Promotion: purchasing information of teaching materials and courses, marketing CDs, international and domestic exhibitions.
- Teaching and Learning: learning communities, learning curricula and conferences.
