CPA based on its position as a supervising unit for human resource development at Executive Yuan, it has then approved the “e-learning project for the public servants of Executive Yuan and its subsidiaries)(named e-learning project hereafter) to strengthen the strategy for e-learning promotion and to expand the promotion outcomes via a combination and utilization of related resources, it has participated in “Taiwan e-Learning and Digital Archives Program” and implemented “Sub-plan of e-Learning for Public Servants”(named the project hereafter) since 2008, in which it plans to create a superior e-learning environment with no time constraint and use of ICT through the advocacy of the project, to inspire public servants’ learning motives and enhance the service quality and efficiency.
