Nation-wide Labor Education Learning Network

To respond to the trends of digital knowledge-based transformation, the Council of Labor Affairs (CLA) put in its full force to build the "Nation-wide Labor Education Learning Network" in February 6 2004. In coordination with "National Science and Technology Program for e-Learning", CLA and Ministry of Education, Central Personnel Administration, Council for Cultural Affairs promote the "Digital Education and e-Learning Project". The "Nation-wide Labor Education Learning Network" provides business entities and workers with the flexible and multiple e-learning programs for the life-long education. It also encourages workers to learn labor rights by themselves and enhances the quality of manpower and industry competitiveness comprehensively.
